Here's our holiday card for 2017. My girlfriend insists that I draw them. They've all been at my expense too...

I love drawing Rocko from "Rocko's Modern Life." Joe Murray's style, and this show in particular, made quite the impact on me as a young kid and has definitely influenced my art style to this day.

Channeling my inner Patrick Ventura while drawing this one! It was difficult to choose a background color I must say. Went through a few colors on this one.

Hey look everyone! Here's a mini Fez Dawg for your viewing pleasure.

First thing I've doodled on my computer in quite some time. Been in a major slump. Not even happy with this guy, but I figured I'd at least make a post.

This is a cleaned up doodle I originally drew in my sketchbook with inks and prisma color markers. The sketchbook version is more sloppy and, to me, has more character and personality in the lines. You can find the image at the bottom of my homepage on my website (www.zakshapirocartoons.com)

I decided to take about 30 of my characters and line them all up in an interesting way, keeping in mind each one's unique size and shape. I'm quite pleased with the result! I must say, however, that these guys are but a mere tip of the iceberg in my character designs over many, many years.
