I was attempting to make a pretty cool gif of this guy. I've made gifs before in the past, however when I tried to make one this time, it wasn't allowing me and despite finding internet help and various attempts in both Photoshop and Flash, I couldn't figure it out and gave up. I fucking hate how I've done something before multiple times in the past and all of a sudden it doesn't work despite using the same knowledge and steps. I hate that I am so computer illiterate and that I allow myself to feel powerless over software. But to be honest, I don't fucking care. I'm at a point in my life where I'm starting to focus on a different career path. Art isn't it for me. And if this post confirms anything, besides that fact that I'm a complete little bitch, I don't have what it takes to make it in this business. Therefore, I believe, that art, cartoon making, animation, whatever, will become a hobby. I'm always going to love art and making cartoons (its simply just who I am and part of my DNA) but I think its safe to say that my childhood dream has died and its time to move onward. 

I changed the color on the fox. I think I like this better. There's also something I like about a colored character against a white background.

I drew this guy a while ago and never posted it because I kinda didn't really like it. I decided to come back to him and include a background. Still not my favorite, but the background helps. 

"Heffer" from Rocko's Modern Life fan art. The background pattern was found online, however I did change the color (original pattern had a white background).

I follow this guy on Instagram named Gary Fields. He draws these cool, Hanna-Barbera looking, Pat A. Ventura-esque looking toons that I really dig. He drew Mickey the other day and I just had to put my spin on it. Check his account out @garyfieldsstudios

Playing around in Photoshop with these two. I think I may have over killed it with the effects, but I personally like how it gives these guys form. It has that similar "Roger Rabbit" look to them. 

More web comic brainstorming. This time using a different character instead of the bear. Not sure who to use so far. There's also a penguin that I would like to see paired up...

So people have been suggesting and insisting that I make a comic. A web comic specifically. In any event, I've been thinking about creating one and have been playing with characters and putting them together and seeing of anything sticks. I like the platypus guy here but I'm not sold on the bear. I have a few other characters to play around with so I might go back to the drawing board with this one. We'll see....
